Carrying the Gospel

What are you doing to take the gospel to people?  A few weeks ago, a lot of people took the gospel to children downtown.  I’m grateful for all the people who were involved in so many ways (you know who you are) and I wanted to share a picture that someone gave me.

I hear a lot about “inviting people to church.”  That’s important (very important!).  But it’s not the only thing we need to be doing.  It is important to carry the gospel to where people are; not everyone wants to come to me.  Be on the lookout for opportunities to carry a cup of cold water to those who need it!

To All the Folks at GLBC–Jill Ford organized a wonderful three-day Bible School for Shared Pregnancy; each one of the three pastors was here at our inner city pregnancy center, helping kids and their parents learn about God. We at Shared Pregnancy are so grateful….the songs, the crafts, the hotdog lunch at the end….So many of our kids and moms and dads have not heard the gospel and they heard and experienced this past week in such a joy-filled and loving way. You are always in our hearts.

    Love in Christ,

    Saralee Howard
