Sizing Up the Big Game

This Saturday may be one of the biggest Semptember football games in Ohio State’s history.  This Saturday will either knock Ohio State out of a chance to three-peat in the BCS Championship Game, or it will propel them on that path.  In preparation for the Rose Bowl era showdown, here is a great article on the respective coaches and their differing approaches to achieve success.

Their approaches are completely opposite aren’t they? One wins National Championships, one gets blown out in National Championships. I think we can easily see which one is more effective.

Let’s check our stats there brother. Both have ONE BCS National Championship victories, both have lost in the BCS National Championship. The only thing USC has is another SHARE of the BCS Championship. So, I’m not sure it is so easy to see who is more effective.

There is just no love for OSU in Michigan…

Probably the one who lost in arguably the greatest Bowl game of all time as opposed to say the one who lost in consecutive BCS Bowl games.
