China’s View of Christian Missionaries

Christianity Today has posted a very brief article about Luis Palau’s upcoming trip to China.  In this brief interview, CT talks to an individual from the State Council Information Office in China.  He sheds some interesting light on how China has historically viewed Christian missionaries (hint: it isn’t good).  This should stimulate our thinking on past, present, and future missionary endeavors.

Couple of interesting statements by the Chinese leader.
    1. He respects Palau, he is different.
    2. How he views Jesus Christ entering China on gun shells back in 1900.
