The Great Big Giant Pile of Floating Garbage

Did you know that such a thing existed?  It’s just now being reported on (I think I saw the first story on it a couple of months ago), and this morning I saw a slide show.  If you haven’t heard about it, it’s in an area in the Pacific ocean that is twice the size of Texas.  And it’s made up of garbage.
