A Weekend to Remember

This past weekend I had the privilege of attending a winter retreat at Spring Hill with some of our high school students. Here are my top 10 highlights of the weekend:

10. Real snow on the ground!

9. A fast tubing hill with a brand-new “magic carpet” ride to the top (in other words, we didn’t have to walk up the hill!).

8. Corn dogs.

7. Sleeping in the 15 passenger to get away from the loudest snorer I’ve ever heard.

6. Red Umbrella leading worship.

5. Small Groups.

4. Making the final four in the annual broomball tournament.

3. Eric Timm challenging the students through art and words on finding their identity with God.

2. Long talks with students about Christ.
